After a sell-out debut show in London, Rich and Rox are now taking ADHD Love LIVE on tour! Prepare for an evening of laughter, honest conversation, and radical shame reduction. 

The bestselling viral duo are on a mission to raise awareness for ADHD and create a space where they feel seen and understood. Through their viral videos and international bestselling book, Dirty Laundry, they have sought to help those living with ADHD realise their value and live shame-free.  

Join the pair live as they challenge the biggest ADHD stigmas and lies and demonstrate how to stop believing them. Sharing new insights from their upcoming book, Small Talk, they provide an interactive guide in breaking free from negative self-talk, overcoming self-hatred and living your most authentic and happy life.
