Customer Service Executive
The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact with ticket buyers for Fane events, providing the very best service to customers. During busy periods you will manage and work with a team of freelancers, to ensure all customer emails are responded to in a timely manner all year round. Feeding back customer emails from events, you will support the company to ensure Fane can create the best possible customer experience for Fane events.
