Black Women Always: Conversations on Life, Culture and Creativity

Discover the joy in achieving your creative freedom with Film Auteur and multidisciplinary creative Kevin Morosky to mark the release of his book Black Women Always: Conversations on Life, Culture and Creativity.

For this celebration of Black creativity and the magic of Black women, broadcaster and presenter Julie Adenuga will host Kevin in conversation with Africa Daley-Clarke as they discuss everything from resilience, collaboration, and playing the game in the creative industries.

The event will be followed by an opportunity to ask your own questions and purchase a signed book. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to spend the evening with this inspirational panel of speakers as they encourage you to bring 100% of yourself into the room to shape the culture that nourishes society.

Julie Adenuga is among Britain’s leading interviewers, creative entrepreneurs and an influential voice on music and culture at home and across the diaspora. She is the engine behind the creative house Don’t Trust The Internet, and has produced Julie’s Top 5. Her latest creative output, Work in Progress, a hybrid documentary and interview series, gives fans a rare glimpse into her interview process with some of the most culturally relevant figures from all over the globe.

Africa Daley-Clarke is an Art Director and consultant that runs The Vitamin D Project – a lifestyle platform with a focus on interiors, sustainable childrenswear and inclusion, using imagery as a backdrop to share honest and confronting stories.
