Overview
Step-Free Access:
Our entire site offers step-free access throughout. From the main entrance, you can reach all Stages, Screens, bars and toilets without any steps. We also provide dedicated viewing areas for wheelchair users in all stages and screens.
Hearing Access Technology:
Our fire alarm has flashing lights. We have a hearing loop in Stage One and Stage Two and have multiple subtitled films and captioned plays throughout the year.
Visual Support:
Glass doors have contrast markings. Some parts of the venue have low lighting. There is audio descriptive commentary on most films we screen and headsets are available upon request at the bar.
Essential Companion Policy:
We have a complimentary ticket policy for essential companions of standard ticket holders. Please note that children must be accompanied by a paying ticket holder at all times, whether that adult is a carer or otherwise.
