Important information
A limited number of meet and greets are available as an add-on at checkout.
This add-on includes a copy of Final Orbit by Chris Hadfield, a pre-show 15-minute chat with Chris, plus the opportunity for him to personally sign and dedicate your book - and a selfie to remember it by. The meet and greet is only open to meet and greet ticket holders and is not included as standard on all ticket types. All details will be sent to ticket holders via email (the week of/before).
Customers cannot purchase a meet and greet add-on without booking a seat for the show, and we cannot amend orders to add this once a booking has been made.

Venue accessibility information
Wheelchairs spaces
Our wheelchair provision changes depending on the event, so we can offer our visitors the best experience possible. The number of which depends on the layout of the auditorium. There is a maximum of 10 spaces in the stalls and two in the grand circle. 4 spaces are the maximum in the Stalls if that area is all standing - a platform will be in place to accommodate the 4 wheelchair users and the 4 essential companions. And while some of our bar areas aren’t fully accessible, we have plenty of staff on hand to take your drinks orders and bring them to you.
It is not currently possible to book wheelchair spaces online.
To enquire about wheelchair bookings for any event at the Usher Hall, email
[email protected] with your requirements and one of our Box Office staff will be in contact to assist.
Hearing Loop
There’s a loop system in place for hearing aid users.
