The Brief

Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey sought to enhance its brand presence and deepen its partnership with Guenther Steiner by becoming the presenting partner of his Fane live Event Tour in October and November 2024. The goal was to strengthen their connection with the influential motorsport figure while expanding their reach among devoted fans. By aligning with Fane’s dynamic and memorable live events, Buffalo Trace aimed to boost brand awareness and create authentic, engaging experiences that resonate with audiences and embody the brand’s values of quality and craftmanship.

What We Did

As the Headline Partner for the Tour, Buffalo Trace took centre stage across every aspect of the event’s marketing and audience experience. The Partnership allowed Buffalo Trace prominent branding rights in all communications, along with exclusive engagement opportunities before, during, and after each show. The brand was seamlessly integrated into the event set design, from whiskey barrel table setting to product on stage & logo & advert on screens, creating a visual immersive presence that resonated with fans alongside Guenther’s story of visiting the companies HQ. Engaging brand activation touchpoints were woven into the event experience, including product sampling, premium giveaways and branded promotional materials that enhance audience connection with the brand. To further amplify brand reach and association, we deployed a dynamic digital campaign across Fane’s social channels and customer database, allowing the brand to reach a broader, engaged community of passionate Guenther Steiner Fans

The Result

The Tour was a success, with positive responses to both Steiner’s personality and the exclusive Buffalo Trace tasting experience. The partnership allowed Buffalo Trace to reach a new audience segment as well as further their reach and presence within different live event settings.
