Rachel Bloom has felt abnormal and out of place her whole life.

But in exploring what she thinks makes her "different," Rachel has come to realize that a lot of people also feel this way; even people who she otherwise thought were "normal."

Now, the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning star/co-creator of hit Netflix musical sitcom Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, will be in conversation to celebrate the publication of her brand new book, I Want To Be Where The Normal People Are: a collection of hilarious personal essays, poems and even amusement park maps on insecurity, fame, anxiety, and much more, all told in the unique voice (sometimes singing voice) that made her a star.

Rachel will share everything from her love of Disney, her experiences of OCD and depression, being weird, and Spanx, to the story of how she didn't poop in the toilet until she was four years old.

With her trademark whip smart candour and disarming energy, this event promises to be hilarious, smart, and infinitely relatable (except for that pooping thing…). Anyone who made it out of adolescence alive will appreciate Bloom's insights.
