Customer Service and Box Office Assistant

What do you bring to the team?

An obsessively curious and truly genuine interest in others and their experiences. With my past roles focused on the arts and culture sector, whether it be in theatres, heritage sites, or museums, I’ve always strived to gain a deeper understanding of the unique needs of my audience and customers.

Describe your favourite Fane moment?

My first experience with Fane was a virtual event with Matt Haig in between COVID lockdowns, so a challenging time for us all. The event seemed much more than a livestream, it was an interactive experience that made me feel part of the conversation. It created an atmosphere of such warmth and inclusion, a literal safe space for honest discussion about challenges to our mental health.

Your favourite books?

Anything historical, folklore inspired, or reimagined stories throw it my way. Recent favourites include Circe (Madeline Miller), House of Names (Colm Toibin), Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Days (Salman Rushdie), A Thousand Ships (Natalie Haynes), The King Must Die (Mary Renault) and Gingerbread (Helen Oyeyemi).
